In most cases, almost any link with OK status is good, except if you know it is in a very spammed website (spammed by others).
Even if your link is on a spammed website, normally Google just cancels that link Pagerank juice.
Only if you have a lot of links from spammed websites, google can panlize you and force you to remove and disavow them. (use Google Webmaster Tools).
You can also look at the EXTERNAL Link count. If it’s RED, it means that it has too many external links (but the link can be bad even if there are few external links).
