How to group your links using tags / notes

Using one of our useful backlinks dashboard features, you can group your links by adding tags and notes. In this tutorial we are going to show how you can do this!

I. How to add tags / notes when you manually add a new link

1. Go to “Dashboard (you have to be logged in).

2. Click “Add links.

Note: if you have problems in adding links, follow this step-by-step tutorial!

3. In the Tags field type the name of your tag and then press enter (you can add as many tags as you want, but don’t forget to press enter after each one).

4. In the Notes field simply write any information you want about your backlinks.

5. Click “Submit”

II. How to add tags / notes when you multiple import backlinks

1. Go to “Dashboard (you have to be logged in).

2. Put the mouse over “My links” button in the menu, then click “Import multiple links“.

3. Click “Choose file”.

4. Navigate in your computer and choose your Excel file.

On the fourth column of your Excel File you should have your tags.

– add tags using the next structure: “#Tag1 #Tag2 #Tag3 #Example Of Tag 4” (Simply put a “#” before each tag)

On the fifth column of your Excel File you should have your notes.

– add any information you want about your backlinks

5. After you choosed your Excel File, click “Submit”.

Note: if you added your backlinks using multiple import feature, they will start to be monitored in ~ 4 hours.

III. Add tags / notes by manually editing a backlink

1. Go to “Dashboard (you have to be logged in).

2. Click the Wrench Icon in the “Options” feature of the backlink which you wish to edit.
